There are a few possible causes of this:

  1. Your AdWords account and PPC Protect account may be reporting in different timezones, causing data discrepencies
  2. There may be a slight time lag between the two platforms (e.g. PPC Protect may instantly register a customer click, whilst AdWords takes a bit longer to process your clicks and data)
  3. Your AdWords click data may include call only campaigns, which PPC Protect does not currently monitor.
