You've probably seen the "TQI" metric in various places throughout your dashboard. You can find it on your primary dashboard page, MCC overview and your accounts breakdown.
Just in case you haven't seen it, here's what it looks like on your primary dashboard (in the box on the right):
What does TQI mean?
TQI stands for Traffic Quality Improvement, and is expressed as a percentage figure.
What does TQI measure?
TQI is a measure of the uplift in traffic quality within your ad accounts from using PPC Protect. It shows how much "cleaner" your traffic is moving forwards, by excluding future clicks from bots, scrapers, competitors and other sources of invalid traffic.
How is TQI calculated?
TQI is measured based on your account click data, and is broken down on an account by account basis in the MCC dashboard and on your accounts page. Your primary dashboard will show an average TQI across all ad accounts you have connected to the PPC Protect system.
We take multiple signals in to account when calculating your TQI, for example how many invalid clicks were detected in the timeframe in question, how many were prevented, what does global bot & scraper activity look like at this time and so on.
As with Forward Saving, TQI is an estimated figure based on advanced data modelling from over 1 billion clicks and tens of billions of data points from the last 12 months, in order to arrive with a final figure. TQI is calculated with a 95% confidence interval.
