If you are looking to remove all IPs from your blacklist, or a significant amount of IPs, please contact our support team via the in-dashboard chat widget, email or phone and we will be able to process this for you.
You may choose to remove all IPs from your blacklists or exclusions lists for the following reasons:
You have just moved from another click fraud protection provider which was extremely over-zealous and blocked many legitimate user IPs
You have existing manual IP blocks in place, and you wish for PPC Protect to re-analyse these for fraudulent activity
You no longer manage your client's account and you wish to remove their active IP protection, as they are no longer paying for it.
To remove all IPs from your account or a specific campaign, please contact our support team via the in-dashboard chat widget. We will then process this request for you to ensure only the IP blocks in question are removed.
To remove any specific IPs by yourself, simply head over to the IP Blacklist in your PPC Protect dashboard and click the delete icon next to those IPs you want to remove.
